But over time, even as a high-velocity rockstar recruiter, I realized that mammoth success still left me yearning for greater meaning. I knew I could transform more livesânot just by working in talent acquisition or partnering with recruiting companiesâbut by coaching individuals directly to jolt stagnant careers into alignment with their biggest visions.
Armed with insider strategies from the titans of the staffing industry, I launched my own boutique coaching firm. Here, I created the accountability roadmaps that would soon rocket hundreds of professionals into exponentially growing roles they had once only fantasized about.
