After one year of Executive Leadership Coaching with Michelle, my attitude about myself and my career has drastically shifted. I now have the courage to make and even embrace change and to move forward by making choices that benefit me. Over this past year, Michelle has helped me to realize one of my biggest goals for the year, that of being promoted to a director level position. We started planning over six months ago, during that time, Michelle’s coaching showed me that to get to the next level I had to start thinking and acting as a director would. I needed to be a pro-active problem solver by developing ways to deal with situations using my own knowledge and self-awareness. I needed to collect facts, demonstrate my ability to act and come to the table with solutions. She helped me realize that “average” employees go to their boss and ask, “what should I do”? “promotable” employees stand up, take charge, and come up with viable action plans to move the business forward. I have come to regard Michelle as a valued friend as well as business advisor. She has been a vital resource to me, and I look forward to our continuing working relationship over the next year.
