Hi, my name is Michelle Perchuk and I am a mother, daughter, wife, and a giving coach who inspires everyone around me.
I’ll be honest with you about something, giving and inspiring others is in my DNA, I’m just wired that way. When I give, something electrifying happens in my mind and in my soul. I am passionate about giving and am determined to bring my clients to a place where they can have important insights on how to improve their career and lives. Almost all leaders, athletes and celebrities have one thing in common, they have a passionate coach behind them. This is the only way they can accomplish greatness and be accountable.
I am grateful that I get to be a coach to so many amazing people. From college students who get degrees from leading colleges to young professionals who want to plan out their career paths at start up and leading edge companies.
I am so fortunate to work with brilliant minds who are top in their fields. I am so thankful that I get to inspire them and lead them to insights that make them even better.
There is a troubling trend of college graduates, young professionals and business people who feel lost and frustrated by information overload.
They are unclear about their goals and lack a clear plan to help them find a job that is rewarding and fulfilling.
They spend years getting the education they need to become a valuable contributor in the professional world but lack the information and direction needed to find a career path that is suited for their talents and aspirations.
I did not choose the coaching profession, the profession chose me. Many people feel that finding a job is hopeless, especially during the pandemic crisis. I would like to give them a ray of hope through coaching. Coaching will provide valuable insights that will illuminate the career path ahead of each and every one of them. No matter what the industry, no matter what profession or what stage.
I understand first hand that the workplace is changing at lightning speed and people need guidance to avoid the pitfalls. That’s why I compile more than two decades of successful recruitment, coaching, corporate networking, and personal experience toward building a coaching practice.
