Overview
An experienced, senior regulatory and compliance professional was frustrated in their position, feeling unappreciated, and struggling to navigate some difficult relationships with their company leadership team as well as a professional peer. Challenge
Like many executives who have worked for more than 10 years at one company, our client found themselves feeling like they were not valued by their company, misaligned with their professional vision, and enduring a professional plateau. Serving as an assistant director of regulatory and compliance at their company, they felt their professional experience warranted a higher leadership role, but they kept getting feedback that they were not assertive enough for a position in leadership.
